Once you send your request, a member of our team reviews the details you provided — your device type, brand, and a short description of the problem — and reaches out, usually within one business day, to confirm timing and answer any questions you have.
Next, you choose the service method that suits you best: drop your device off, send it in by insured mail, or arrange an on-site visit where available. Our technicians then carry out a careful diagnosis to pinpoint exactly what's wrong. Before any repair work begins, you receive a clear, written estimate that lists the parts and labor involved. Nothing moves forward until you review and approve that estimate, so there are never surprise charges.
If we're unable to repair your device, you won't be charged a standard diagnostic fee. When we do complete a repair, it's backed by our 90-day parts-and-labor warranty covering the specific work performed. Please note that every price shown on this site is an estimate only; your final, confirmed price always comes in the written estimate after diagnosis.
