This Refund Policy ("Policy") governs refund and return requests for services provided by TV & PC Repair Pro. By using our services, you agree to the terms of this Policy.
If we are unable to repair your device, you will not be charged any diagnostic or labor fee. This is our core guarantee and applies automatically — no refund request is necessary in this case.
If the same issue recurs within 90 days of your completed repair (30 days for virus/malware removal), our primary remedy is to re-perform the relevant repair at no additional charge. We will work with you promptly to schedule a follow-up service appointment.
If we are unable to resolve the warrantied issue after a reasonable re-repair attempt, we will offer one of the following remedies at our discretion:

If you have approved a written estimate but we have not yet started the repair, you may cancel at no charge. Once repair work has commenced, a cancellation fee equal to the cost of labor and any parts already ordered or installed may apply.
Outside of the no-fix guarantee and warranty, refunds are not typically provided for completed repairs. However, we will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis in the following circumstances:
To request a refund review, contact us at support@tvpcrepairpro.com or (800) 555-1234 within 10 business days of the completed repair, with your name, device description, and a description of the issue.
Because data recovery is evaluated on a case-by-case basis and outcomes cannot be guaranteed, we do not charge for unsuccessful recoveries (see our “No Fix, No Fee” policy for data recovery). If recovery is successful and payment has been made, that payment is non-refundable.
Parts installed during a repair become part of your device and are non-refundable. If a defective part is identified within the warranty period, it will be replaced at no charge as part of our warranty service.
We ask that you contact us directly to resolve any billing concerns before initiating a chargeback with your card issuer. We will work in good faith to resolve legitimate disputes. Chargebacks for completed and approved repairs that do not qualify for a refund under this Policy may be disputed.
