Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using our website or engaging TV & PC Repair Pro ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") for any repair or related services. By accessing our website or booking a service, you ("Customer" or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our website or services.
TV & PC Repair Pro provides consumer electronics repair services including, but not limited to, television repair, laptop and desktop computer repair, data recovery, and business IT support ("Services"). All Services are provided to customers located within the United States.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason not prohibited by applicable law.
Before any repair work begins, we will provide you with a written estimate describing the nature of the repair and the estimated cost. No repair work will be performed without your prior written approval of the estimate.
Estimates are based on our initial diagnosis and are subject to change if additional issues are discovered during the repair process. If the estimated cost changes materially, we will notify you and obtain your approval before proceeding.
If we are unable to repair your device, you will not be charged a diagnostic or labor fee. This guarantee applies to the specific issue described at the time of intake. It does not apply to:

Payment for approved repairs is due upon completion of the repair and before the device is returned to you. We accept major credit and debit cards and common digital payment methods. All prices are in US Dollars.
By approving a written estimate, you authorize us to perform the described repairs and agree to pay the approved amount upon completion.
All completed repairs are covered by a 90-day limited warranty on the specific parts replaced and labor performed ("Warranty Period"). If the same issue recurs within the Warranty Period due to our parts or workmanship, we will re-repair it at no additional charge.
This warranty does NOT cover:
Virus and malware removal services are covered by a 30-day warranty only. Data recovery services carry no warranty on the outcome (see Section 7).
To the extent permitted by applicable law, this warranty is your sole remedy and our sole obligation with respect to defective repairs. All other warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are hereby disclaimed.
You are responsible for backing up all data on your device before submitting it for service. We are not responsible for data loss that occurs during the repair process, even if it results from our actions, except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Devices not reclaimed or arranged for return within 30 days of completion notice will be deemed abandoned. We reserve the right to dispose of abandoned devices in compliance with applicable state law after providing reasonable notice.
For mail-in repairs, you are responsible for securely packing your device. We are not responsible for damage caused by inadequate packing during shipping.
Data recovery is never guaranteed. We will evaluate your storage device and provide a written estimate before attempting recovery. You will only be charged if we successfully recover your data.
By submitting a device for data recovery, you acknowledge that:
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TV & PC Repair Pro, its owners, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of business, arising out of or related to our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific repair service giving rise to the claim.
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and service descriptions, is the property of TV & PC Repair Pro or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
Our website may link to third-party websites or use third-party services (e.g., payment processors, scheduling tools). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party services. Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TV & PC Repair Pro and its officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of our services, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the repair service is performed, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or our services that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), except that either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm.
You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The revised Terms will be effective when posted to our website with an updated Effective Date. Your continued use of our services after the update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
