These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the TV & PC Repair Pro website and repair services. By booking a repair or using our website, you agree to these Terms.
We provide diagnosis and repair services for televisions, laptops, desktop computers, and related devices, as well as data recovery and business IT support. All services are subject to availability and to your approval of a written estimate.
All prices shown on this website are estimates only and are provided for general guidance. Your final price will be confirmed in a written estimate following diagnosis. No repair work will begin until you have reviewed and approved that estimate. Estimates are valid for a limited time and may change if additional issues are discovered during repair, in which case we will seek your approval before proceeding.
If we are unable to repair your device, you will not be charged a diagnostic fee. This applies to standard diagnostics; specialized services such as data recovery follow the terms described at the time of booking.
Because all work begins only after you approve a written estimate, you always know the price before you pay. If a completed repair does not resolve the agreed-upon issue and cannot be made right, we will work with you on a fair resolution, which may include re-performing the work under our warranty or refunding the amount paid for that specific repair. Refund requests should be made within 30 days and may require the device to be returned for inspection. Diagnostic fees on specialized services, and third-party parts already installed and used, may be non-refundable; any such exceptions are disclosed before work begins.
Eligible repairs include a 90-day warranty covering the specific parts and labor involved in that repair. The warranty does not cover new or unrelated issues, accidental damage, misuse, liquid damage occurring after the repair, or problems caused by third parties. Software-related services may carry a shorter warranty period, which will be communicated to you.
Payment is due upon completion of an approved repair unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit and debit cards and common digital payment methods.
Devices should be collected promptly after we notify you that the repair is complete. Devices left uncollected for an extended period may be subject to storage fees, and after a reasonable period and notice, may be disposed of in accordance with applicable law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TV & PC Repair Pro is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, arising from our services. Our total liability for any claim relating to a repair will not exceed the amount you paid for that repair.
We are an independent repair provider and are not affiliated with, authorized by, or endorsed by any device manufacturer or brand mentioned on this website. All brand names are the property of their respective owners.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time you book a service applies to that service. Updated Terms will be posted on this page.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the service is provided, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
