TV & PC Repair Pro offers a nationwide mail-in repair service for TVs, laptops, desktop computers, and other devices. This policy explains how the mail-in process works, who is responsible for shipping costs and damages, what to expect during transit, and how we handle your device once it arrives.
IMPORTANT: Always back up your data before shipping your device. We are not responsible for data loss during transit or repair.
Our mail-in repair service is available to customers located anywhere in the United States (all 50 states). We do not currently accept international shipments.
You are responsible for all costs associated with shipping your device to us, including postage, insurance, and packaging materials.
Return shipping costs are as follows:
Proper packaging is critical to protect your device in transit. Damage caused by inadequate packaging is not covered by our warranty or any liability on our part.
Please follow these guidelines:
We strongly recommend insuring your shipment for its full replacement value. We are not responsible for loss or damage caused by the carrier during inbound shipping.
We insure all outbound (return) shipments for the declared repair value. If your device is lost or damaged during return shipping due to carrier fault, we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
Upon receiving your device, we will:
If your device arrives damaged due to inadequate packaging, we will notify you immediately with photos and discuss options before proceeding.
Estimated turnaround times for mail-in repairs (after estimate approval):
Turnaround times are estimates and do not include transit time.
If you decline our repair estimate, we will return your device unrepaired. A return shipping fee will apply (see Section 3). Your device will be returned in the same condition it arrived, with no diagnostic fee charged under our No Fix, No Fee guarantee.
If we are unable to reach you within 14 days of sending a written estimate, or if an approved repair is completed and the device is not claimed within 30 days of completion notice, the device may be considered abandoned. We reserve the right to dispose of abandoned devices in compliance with applicable state law after providing reasonable written notice to your last known contact information.
We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after carrier delivery confirmation to your address. We recommend requiring a signature upon delivery for high-value devices. Please contact us if you have concerns and we will assist where possible.
Our mailing address will be provided in your booking confirmation email. Do not ship any device without first receiving a booking confirmation and mailing instructions.
